We Raised $10,000

Thank you, again, for inviting us to participate in An Evening with Deepak Chopra, MD, in Columbus, Ohio on april 5, 2002. Our JamesCare for Life Program and James Cancer Hospital received much favorable feedback from the audience members who were in attendance for this very special evening.

It was certainly a wonderful opportunity to have Dr. Chopra come to the OSU campus to share his expertise. He is an extraordinary lecturer and one of the most provocative thinkers of our time. The hundreds of individuals who stayed at the auditorium long after the lecture concluded for the opportunity to meet Dr. Chopra and have their books personally signed certainly bore witness to the impact of his presentation.

Many thanks, too, for the $1,000 donation from the net proceeds. As you know, our Development Office was able to raise $10,000 through the VIP reception that preceded the lecture. We are also very grateful for the $2,500 donation of additional tickets that we were able to provide to our special guests.
